What we collect

When you use ClearCatalogue, we collect your email address, name, and the spreadsheet files you upload for processing. We also collect basic usage data such as how many rows you process each month.

How we use your data

Your uploaded files are processed to generate Shopify-compatible CSV exports and health reports. We use your email to send you processed files and account notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage

Your files and account data are stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure provider. Files are private to your account and not accessible by other users.

Third-party services

We use Anthropic's Claude API to analyze your catalog data, Resend to deliver emails, and Lemon Squeezy to process payments. Each of these providers has their own privacy practices.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also download or delete your uploaded files from your dashboard.
